The Story Behind Mozatto
Mozatto was born from passion and obsession for the perfect potato cheese bread. Starting in 2025 from a small home kitchen in West Java, we experimented endlessly to create a harmonious combination of potatoes and cheese.
With a professional culinary background and cooking experience, we combine traditional baking techniques with an innovative approach to create a texture that is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, with a rich and characteristic cheese flavor.
From serving only online orders, Mozatto has grown rapidly thanks to the support of loyal customers and positive word-of-mouth. In 2025, we opened our first store.
